STUDIO POLICY

Important to Know (Quick Summary):

 

Full payment required at booking

N20,000 refundable damage deposit required

No refunds (credit valid for 30 days if given 24hr+ notice)

No walk-ins — BOOKINGS ONLY

Late arrivals = lost time

To ensure we provide the best possible experience, bookings should be made a minimum of 24 hours before your session.

NO SMOKING INDOORS

BOOKINGS ONLY - NO WALK-INS

Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the client.

So avoid any furniture damage or stains

General Booking Rules:

Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

If we cancel your booking, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Bookings are tied to the specific studio space selected.

Shooting after closing hours will be charged at N20,000 per hour.

For event bookings, please contact us directly to request our event packages and pricing.

A N20,000 refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages. This will be returned after your session, pending a post-session check.

*PLEASE ASK BEFORE TAKING SELFIES ANYWHERE WITHIN THE STUDIO.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

No-shows will not be credited or refunded. A new booking at full price will be required.

Studio Usage & Timing

Set-up and tear-down time must be included within your booked slot.

Please *arrive 10/15 minutes before your booking* for setup and signing in.

AVOID coming 30 minutes early.

Your booking starts at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

Access is limited to your booked studio and payment area only.

Liability & Responsibilities:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please ensure you take all items with you.

Payment covers:

• The photographer

• The subject (person being photographed/filmed)

• One additional guest (optional)

Additional Charges And Restrictions:

Please book additional rooms in advance if needed.

An extra charge of N10,000 per person applies for more than three people in a room Overtime will be charged accordingly (N20,000/hour) From 6pm

No external furniture or large equipment allowed without prior approval.
