Cancellation Policy
Studio Booking – Quick Summary • Bookings only (no walk-ins). Book at least 24 hours in advance • Full payment required at booking + ₦20,000 refundable damage deposit • No refunds (credit valid for 30 days with 24hr+ notice) • Late arrivals lose time; booking starts at scheduled time • Overtime after closing: ₦20,000/hour (from 6pm) • No smoking indoors • No in-house photographer (bring your own) • Studio is charged per hour; setup & teardown included • Arrive 10–15 mins early (not 30 mins) • No-shows = no refund or credit Usage & Capacity • Hourly rate covers: photographer, 2 shooting persons + 1 guest • Extra non-shooting guests over 4: ₦10,000 per person • Book extra rooms in advance if needed • No external furniture/equipment without approval • Ask before taking selfies in the studio Liability & Damage • Client is responsible for any damage caused • Studio not liable for lost/damaged personal items By booking, you agree to all studio terms & conditions.
